Please note the minimums for each item (i.e. glass is sold in full cases only, except where noted). Also, closures are sold separately (except where noted).

Quantity Discounts

We will be happy to quote you on larger quantities then displayed on our website. Please email sales@burchbottle.com with your name, billing address, phone #, shipping address, and the items & quantities you are interested in.

Shipping & Handling

All shipments are FOB: Burch Bottle (Waterford, NY). Shipping and handling charges are based on weight / size of package and where the order is being shipped. Larger orders will be shipped via common carrier (LTL). Orders shipped within the continental US will be shipped UPS Ground. For orders to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories or orders requiring expedited shipping (UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day or UPS 3-Day) - please phone or fax your order in.
We will attempt to ship all orders within 24 - 48 hours of receipt (Monday thru Friday).
If an item is unavailable, you will receive an email with the option to backorder or cancel that item.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and only applies to customers located in New York Sate. If you are located in New York State and have a certificate of authority number, the appropriate form must be completed and received by Burch Bottle prior to your order being placed. Please contact Customer Service (800) 903-2830 X100 (Monday thru Friday 8AM - 5PM EST) to arrange to receive the appropriate form.

Returns, Discrepancies & Warranty

No item will be accepted for return without an authorization number (CO). To receive a (CO), please contact Customer Service (800) 903-2830 X100 (Monday thru Friday 8AM - 5PM EST).
Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Credit will not be given for shipping & handling charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. ALL returns must be made within 30 days of receipt by customer and items must be in new condition for credit to be issued.
Any discrepancies must be reported with in 48 hours (Monday thru Friday 8AM - 5PM EST).
All items sold are warranted by the manufacturer against failure caused solely by defective workmanship or material. However, each item depicted or described herein is not necessarily suitable for every kind of use, and therefore unless otherwise stated in writing, seller makes no warranty the containers, closures and other items depicted or described are fit for any particular purpose or shelf-life. Containers the buyer deems suitable for edible products should be cleaned before filling.
You should always test your product in the container you have selected, prior to use. Burch Bottle will be happy to provide a sample for testing (a $7.50 shipping charge will apply).
