We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMERICAN EXPRESS.
The minimum online order is a product subtotal of $50.00 excluding shipping. Orders below $50.00 can be placed but will be charged a $7.50 small order fee. Please note: All glass is shipped in case quantities only, (except where noted). Also, closures are sold separately (except where noted).
All prices are FOB: Burch Bottle (Waterford, NY) and are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to advise you of any changes.
We will be happy to quote you on larger quantities then displayed on our website. Please email email@example.com with your name, billing address, phone #, shipping address, and the items & quantities you are interested in.
Shipping and Handling
All shipments are FOB: Burch Bottle (Waterford, NY). Shipping and handling charges are based on weight / size of package and where the order is being shipped. Larger orders will be shipped via common carrier (LTL). Orders shipped within the continental US will be shipped UPS Ground. For orders to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories or orders requiring expedited shipping (UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day or UPS 3-Day) - please phone or fax your order in.
We will attempt to ship all orders within 24 - 48 hours of receipt (Monday thru Friday).
If an item is unavailable, you will receive an email with the option to backorder or cancel that item.
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and only applies to customers located in New York State. If you are located in New York State and have a certificate of authority number, the appropriate form must be completed and received by Burch Bottle prior to your order being placed. Please contact Customer Service (800) 903-2830 X100 (Monday thru Friday 8AM - 5PM EST) to arrange to receive the appropriate form.
Most items are shipped directly from stock within 24 hours of receipt of order. Items backordered will be charged on initial invoice and then shipped to you at no additional freight charge upon receipt into stock. If an item will be out of stock for a prolonged period of time, you will be notified and given the option of keeping the backorder, receiving an equivalent substitution or a refund.
We will be happy to supply a sample upon request. If unsure of an item, please ask for a sample or talk with a customer service representative. We will not be responsible for items ordered incorrectly. Please limit sample requests to 5 items.
No item will be accepted for return without an authorization number (CO). To receive a (CO), please contact Customer Service (800) 903-2830 x 100 (Monday thru Friday 8AM - 5PM EST).
Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Credit will not be given for shipping & handling charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. ALL returns must be made within 30 days of receipt by customer and items must be in new condition for credit to be issued.
Discrepancies & Warranty
Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours (Monday thru Friday 8AM - 5PM EST).
All items sold are warranted by the manufacturer against failure caused solely by defective workmanship or material. However, each item depicted or described herein is not necessarily suitable for every kind of use, and therefore unless otherwise stated in writing, seller makes no warranty the containers, closures and other items depicted or described are fit for any particular purpose or shelf-life. Containers the buyer deems suitable for edible products should be cleaned before filling. You should always test your product in the container you have selected, prior to use. Burch Bottle will be happy to provide a sample for testing.
All other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including any warranty or merchantability and fitness for a particular use, are expressly disclaimed.
