Stock number 3CPLB0221KY is a 22-400 Black Metal Continuous Thread Cap. This metal cap is made out of tin plate steel. It has a smooth top with ribbed sides and a black glossy finish. The interior and bottom edge of this cap has a buff finish. The non-removable full disc plastisol liner is designed to handle hot-fill processes with ease. After the plastisol liner is warmed by the product temperature, a vacuum forms creating an airtight, hermetic seal. This cap will fit on a bottle with a 22-400 neck finish, but it is recommended to be tested with your filling process for compatibility. We also recommend samples if the packaging was not supplied by Burch Bottle & Packaging. Pair this 22-400 metal cap with any of the matching bottles found below.

Returns Policy
No item will be accepted for return without an authorization number (CO). To receive a (CO), please contact Customer Service (800) 903-2830 (Monday thru Friday 8AM - 5PM EST). Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Credit will not be given for shipping & handling charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. ALL returns must be made within 30 days of receipt by customer and items must be in new condition for credit to be issued.

In order to receive next day delivery, please place your order by 12pm EST the day prior to delivery. For local pickup at our warehouse, please select the “Customer Pickup” option during checkout.
