Required for customers who do not have access to a forklift or loading dock. A liftgate allows the pallet to be safely lowered from the truck to ground level. 
The carrier’s dispatch will contact the customer to schedule a delivery time and date. Please note: appointments typically must be scheduled within the same week the call is made and cannot be set far in advance. 
The carrier’s driver will call the customer approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour before delivery. 
The carrier’s driver will assist in moving the pallet into the customer’s facility, garage, or storage area. This applies whenever the pallet must be moved beyond standard curbside delivery or basic ground-level unloading.
