WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS AND MINIMUM ORDER?
We do not have a minimum order quantity. Feel free to order one case or one cap!
HOW DO I FIND PRICING?
Item pricing is found on each individual item’s description page.
DO I HAVE TO ORDER A FULL CASE?
All glass is shipped in case quantities only, (except where noted). However, metal and plastic containers, as well as closures can be ordered based on your quantity needs.
HOW CAN I ORDER SAMPLES?
Please complete the form found on the individual product page or give us a call to speak with one of our knowledgeable packaging professionals. You may request up to five (5) samples for testing purposes.
HOW DO I FIND A CLOSURE THAT FITS MY CONTAINER?
The "compatible products" section on each product page is a general guide showing closure options for each container. If you have additional questions or need assistance, please give us a call at (800) 903-2830 to speak with one of our packaging professionals.
DO YOU ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO PICKUP ORDERS AT YOUR LOCATION?
Absolutely! Please note, 48 hours notice is required for any pickup orders.
WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM QUANTITIES FOR CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS?
- Glass - minimums from 100,000 to 200,000 depending on size of the container (tooling costs are additional).
- Extruded Plastic Items - minimums from 100,000 + (tooling costs are additional).
- Injected Plastic Items - minimums from 500,000 + (tooling costs are additional).
- Tins - minimums from 100,000 to 200,000 depending on size of the container (tooling costs are additional).
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
No item will be accepted for return without an authorization number (CO). To receive a (CO), please contact Customer Service (800) 903-2830 x 100 (Monday thru Friday 8AM - 4PM EST).
Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Credit will not be given for shipping & handling charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. ALL returns must be made within 30 days of receipt by customer and items must be in new condition for credit to be issued.
