Custom Caps and Closures

Metal caps, plastic closures, corks, shrink wrap bands – we have a solution to secure every bottle, jar, or container you have!

For metal caps, we have the ability to match Pantone colors for a seamless packaging design. Custom graphics are also possible in some of our metal options. Minimum order quantities are dependent on the cap’s diameter and specifications. Don’t hesitate to reach out to learn more about what we are capable of based on the size and specs that you need!

Our plastic caps are typically available in pallet quantities. We offer smooth/smooth, ribbed/smooth, and variations in between in virtually any size you can imagine! Our caps can be flame treated to improve print adhesion as well as additional product strength and durability. For closures in the 24-120 mm range, both hot stamping and offset printing are available. Lacquer, custom labeling, and decorative gold bands can also be applied to our caps.

For corks, please allow a 3-10 week lead time, depending on the project. We offer pad printed on plastic, UV printed on wood, and laser etching. Our purchasing team will be able to provide minimum order quantities and a more accurate lead time for your specific cork order during the quoting process.

We also have custom options for shrink bands! Choose your own custom vector art and perforated or non-perforated bands. Order minimums generally start at 10,000 pieces, however smaller sizes may also be possible. For extruded materials like black gloss or red bands, minimum order quantities start at 10 rolls of 100,000 pieces.
