58-400 Gold Metal Lid, Plastisol Lined CT Cap W/ Gold Interior

Stock number 3CPLG0581KY is a continuous thread 58-400 Gold Metal Lid. This metal cap is made out of tin plate steel. It has a smooth top with ribbed sides for easy application or removal. The exterior, interior, and edge all have a gold finish. Inside the top of the cap is a non-removable ring of plastisol designed to handle hot-fill processes with ease. After the plastisol liner is warmed by the product temperature, a vacuum forms creating an airtight, hermetic seal. This gold cap is designed to fit on a jar with a 58-400 C/T neck finish but it is recommended to be tested with your filling process for compatibility.
