Stock number 3CPLS0282PW is a continuous thread 28-400 Silver Metal Cap with Plastisol Liner. This metal cap is made out of tin plate steel. It has a smooth top with ribbed sides for easy application or removal. It has a Silver exterior with a White interior and edge. Inside the top of the cap is a non-removable full disc plastisol liner designed to handle hot-fill processes with ease. After the plastisol liner is warmed by the product temperature, a vacuum forms creating an airtight, hermetic seal. This cap is designed to fit on a bottle with a 28-400 continuous thread neck finish, but it is recommended to be tested with your filling process for compatibility.
