It has a black glossy exterior with a white interior and edge. Inside the top of the cap is a non-removable ring of plastisol that is designed to handle hot-fill processes with ease. After the plastisol liner is warmed by the product temperature, a vacuum forms creating an airtight, hermetic seal. This metal lid is designed to fit on a jar with an 89-400 continuous thread neck finish, but we recommend testing with your filling process for compatibility.
