70-450 Black Metal Button Lid, Plastisol Lined CT Cap w/ White Interior

Stock number 3CPLB0702PW is a continuous thread 70-450 or 70G Black Metal Lid. It is made out of tin plate steel and is similar to the 2-piece canning lids, but is instead 1 solid piece. It has a tamper-evident button top with ribbed sides for easy application or removal. It has a black glossy exterior with a white interior and edge. On the top, along the outside rim is a stacking feature that makes it easy to stack jars on top. Inside the top of the cap, it has a non-removable ring of plastisol that is designed to handle hot-fill processes with ease. After the plastisol liner is warmed by the product temperature, a vacuum forms creating an airtight, hermetic seal. Once the customer breaks this seal, the button on the top will "pop" which indicates that the product has been opened or tampered with. This cap is designed to fit on a bottle or jar with a 70-450 neck finish, but we recommend testing with your filling process for compatibility.
