Stock number 3CPLB0701PW is a continuous thread 70-450 or 70G Black metal cap. This metal cap is similar to the 2 piece canning lid, but instead, it is one solid piece. It has a smooth top with ribbed sides for easy application. It has a black glossy exterior with a white interior and edge. On the top, along the outside rim is a stacking feature that makes it easy to stack jars on top. Inside the top of the cap, it has a non-removable ring of plastisol that is designed to handle hot-fill processes with ease. After the plastisol liner is warmed by the product temperature, a vacuum forms creating an airtight, hermetic seal. This cap is designed to fit on a bottle or jar with a 70-450 neck finish, but we recommend testing with your filling process for compatibility.
