83-400 Gold Metal Lid, Plastisol Lined CT Cap w/ Gold Interior

Stock number 3CPLG0831KY is a continuous thread 83-400 Gold Metal Lid. This metal lid is made out of tin plate steel. It has a smooth top with ribbed sides for easy application or removal. It has a gold exterior and a gold interior. Inside the top of the cap is a non-removable ring of plastisol designed to handle hot-fill processes with ease. After the plastisol liner is warmed by the product temperature, a vacuum, forms creating an airtight, hermetic seal. This gold lid is designed to fit on a jar with an 83-400 C/T neck finish, but it is recommended to be tested with your filling process for compatibility.
