24-400 Gold Metal Cap w/ Plastisol Liner

Stock number 3CPLG0241PW is a continuous thread 24-400 Gold Metal Cap. This metal cap is made out of tin plate steel. It has a smooth top with ribbed sides for easy application or removal. The exterior, interior, and edge of this cap all have a gold finish. Inside the top of the cap is a non-removable full disc plastisol liner designed to handle hot-fill processes with ease. After the plastisol liner is warmed by the product temperature, a vacuum forms creating an airtight, hermetic seal. This cap is designed to fit on a bottle with a 24-400 continuous thread neck finish, but it is recommended to be tested with your filling process for compatibility. We also recommend samples, especially if the packaging was not supplied by Burch Bottle & Packaging. The interior of this particular metal cap is not recommended for highly acidic or aggressive products.
